We're operated by Resolving Chaos, who process your data under contract to Hertfordshire County Council, who are the Data Controller.

We are providing services to strengthen the voluntary sector and help the Council fulfil our obligations as identified within the Hertfordshire Compact for the design and delivery of public services, a task in the public interest which supports our statutory responsibilities.
